Stimulating Thought

Old culture war topics like STD education and contraception are sticking points for Republicans who are deciding how to vote on today's economic recovery plan. At first I thought, take that stuff out and get this thing passed so Americans can at least feel like something is being done!
But now I think you can't have a "stimulus" plan without a little sex in there, can you?
